      用胺基功能化间规聚苯乙烯(sPS-NMe2)与活性炭(AC)分别利用混合沉降法(MP)、混合挥发法(MV)及直接聚合法(DP)制备了sPS-NMe2/AC复合载体.sPS-NMe2/AC吸附还原PdCl2后获得Pd@sPS-NMe2/AC催化剂.采用扫描电镜和透射电镜对sPS-NMe2/AC和Pd@sPS-NMe2/AC形貌进行了分析,考察了sPS-NMe2/AC复合方法、用量对其形貌、负载Pd金属的影响,发现MV法获得的sPS-NMe2/AC在其质量比大于1/3时sPS-NMe2可均匀覆盖AC,Pd纳米粒子为3 nm左右,均匀稳定分散.该催化剂在"借氢"、Suzuki-Miyaura、Heck和Sonogashira偶联反应中表现出了优异的催化性能.

      sPS-NMe2/AC supporters were synthesized by using amino-functionalized syndiotactic polystyrene (sPS-NMe2) and actived carbon (AC) in three different ways, i.e., dropping methanol into a mixed solution of sPS-NMe2 and AC (MP), volatilizing solvent of a mixed solution of sPS-NMe2 and AC (MV), and polymerization of p-N,N-dimethylaminostyrene in the presence of AC (DP). Pd@sPS-NMe2/AC catalysts were prepared by adsorption and reduction of PdCl2 on the sPS-NMe2/AC supporters. The influences of composite methods and ratio of compounds on the morphology of supporters, immobilization of Pd nanoparticles and catalytic performance were characterized by SEM and TEM. The results showed that when the mass ratio of sPS-NMe2 to AC was equal or more than 1/3 in the materials prepared by the MV method, the surface of actived carbon was uniformly covered by sPS-NMe2, and the Pd particles of 3 nm diameter could disperse evenly on the composite supporter. Such catalyst showed excellent catalytic performance in borrowing hydrogen reactions and Suzuki-Miyaura, Heck and Sonogashira C—C coupling reactions.
