      甲硫醇(CH3SH)是医药、农药、饲料和合成材料等领域的重要有机合成中间体,以硫化氢合成气(CO/H2/H2S)一步催化合成CH3SH具有广泛的应用前景.目前,钾改性的二硫化钼材料是一步法合成CH3SH最高效和广泛的催化剂,但是对催化剂活性相以及K和MoS2之间物理化学行为认知的不足严重限制了其催化性能.我们主要综述了钾钼基催化剂上3类活性相(MoS2相、K-MoS2相和KxMoS2相)在一步法合成CH3SH过程的研究现状,简要介绍了可控合成3类活性相的关键因素,重点关注了K对MoS2相的调控作用及其对合成CH3SH反应机理的影响,并对钾钼基催化剂一步法合成CH3SH的未来发展进行了展望.

      Methyl mercaptan (CH3SH) is an important intermediate being widely used in synthesis of formedicine, pesticides and adductives as well as synthetic materials. The one-step catalytic synthesis of CH3SH with hydrogen sulfide-containing synthesis gas (CO/H2/H2S) has broad application prospects. At present, potassium-modified molybdenum disulfide material is the most efficient and extensive catalyst for the one-step synthesis of CH3SH. However, it is difficult to improve catalytic performance because of the insufficient knowledge of the active phase on the catalyst and the physical and chemical behavior between K and MoS2. This paper reviews the research status of three types of active phases (MoS2 phase, K-MoS2 phase and KxMoS2 phase) on potassium molybdenum-based catalysts in the one-step synthesis of CH3SH, and briefly introduces the key factors for the controllable synthesis of three types of phases. We also focus on the regulation of K on the MoS2 phase and its influence on the reaction mechanism of CH3SH synthesis. Meanwhile, the future development of the one-step synthesis of CH3SH with potassium molybdenum-based catalysts is prospected.
