用固相合成法制备出K0.8Fe0.8Ti1.2O4,并用离子交换反应制备出H0.8Fe0.8Ti1.2O4;通过C3H7NH2层间膨胀,TiO2粒子的插入和紫外光分解等反应,合成出一种新的层状光催化纳米复合材料-H0.8Fe0.8Ti1.2O4/TiO2.X射线衍射和漫反射等表征结果表明 该样品的层间高度为0.47nm,禁带能隙为2.18和2.88eV.用(>400 nm的光照射30 min,0.4 g样品可使甲基橙溶液(20 mg/L)的降解率达到22.1%.而同样条件下标准TiO2(P-25)仅为6.2%,表明所研制的层状纳米复合材料具有较高的光催化活性. |

H_(0.8)Fe_(0.8)Ti_(1.2)O_4 was prepared by calcining stoichiometric mixture of K_2CO_3, TiO_2 and Fe_2O_3 followed by ion exchange reaction with HCl solution. H_(0.8)Fe_(0.8)Ti_(1.2)O_4/TiO_2 layered nanocomposite photocatalyst was synthesized by successive reaction of H_(0.8)Fe_(0.8)Ti_(1.2)O_4 with C_3H_7NH_2 and TiO_2 sol followed by irradiating of UV light irradiation. The results of XRD, DRS indicated that , for H_(0.8)Fe_(0.8)Ti_(1.2)O_4/TiO_2 , the gallery height was 0.47 nm, the band gap energy was 2.18 eV and 2.88 eV. Under irradiation with (>400 nm, the decomposition ratio of methyl orange solution by using (H_(0.8)Fe_(0.4)Ti_(1.6)O_4/)TiO_2 as catalyst was (22.1%) higher than that by TiO_2(P-25)(6.2%). |
