近年来,铁催化剂由于其成本低廉而且绿色无毒,引起了人们的广泛关注。但是有关不对称催化反应中手性铁催化剂的报道并不太多。本文介绍了手性铁催化体系在酮及亚胺的不对称还原、烯烃及硫醚的不对称氧化、不对称环加成、不对称环丙烷化以及不对称Friedel-Crafts烷基化等反应中的应用。 |

Recently, iron catalysts have received much attention due to their lower cost and environmental impact. However, chiral iron catalysts in asymmetric catalysis have been fewer studied compared with chiral Ru, Rh and Ir catalysts. In this review, we summarize the development of chiral iron catalyst in asymmetric reduction of ketones and imines, asymmetric oxidation of olefins and sulfides, asymmetric cycloadditions, asymmetric cyclopropanation and asymmetric Friedel-Crafts alkylation.
