      摘要:合成了一系列Dawson型磷钼钒钴杂多酸盐ConH9-2nP2Mo15V3O62(n=1-4),用傅立叶变换红外光谱表征了磷钼钒钴的结构。以乙苯为原料、H2O2 为氧化剂、磷钼钒钴杂多酸盐为催化剂催化氧化乙苯制备苯乙酮。考察了催化剂种类及用量、助剂用量、H2O2 用量、反应时间、溶剂种类、溶剂用量、反应温度对乙苯氧化反应的影响。实验结果表明,随着钴含量的增加,催化剂活性逐渐最高。最佳反应条件为:乙苯25 mmol,Co4P2Mo15V3O62催化剂0.05 mmol,n(乙苯)/n(过氧化氢)=0.125,n(Br-)/n(Co2 )=25,冰乙酸用量20mL,反应温度80 ℃,反应时间1h。在此条件下,乙苯的转化率可达81.14%,苯乙酮的收率可达到53.26%。

      Abstract : A series of molybdovanadophosphoric cobalt heteropoly compounds with Dawson -type are synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The catalytic activity of the molybdovanadophosphoric cobalt heteropoly compounds for the oxidation of ethylbenzene to acetophenone with H2O2 and the effects of reaction conditions were studied. The results show that the conversion of ethylbenzene was 81.14% and the yield of acetophenone was 53.26% under the suitable reaction conditions of the amount of ethylbenzene 25mmol, Co4HP2Mo15V3O62 catalyst 0.05mmol, acetic20ml, n(C6H10)/n(H2O2)=0.125, n(Br-)/n(Co2+)=25, reaction time 1h, the temperature 80 ℃.
