以商业P25为前躯体,用强碱水热超声法合成钛酸纳米管(TiNT),以其为载体采用离子交换法制备CdS复合钛酸纳米管(CdS/TiNT),再用浸渍法负载共催化剂Pt或Cu。对上述样品进行光催化转化CO2和H2O的实验研究,并采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射(UV-Vis DRS)、比表面分析(BET)等测试方法对催化剂的形貌、晶相、吸光性和比表面等物理性能进行表征。结果表明:钛酸纳米管TiNT的比表面积达到274.6 m2/g,为P25的四倍多。经CdS复合后的CdS/TiNT剂具有可见光响应。光催化转化二氧化碳和水蒸气的主要产物为CO和CH4, 负载Pt或Cu后的Pt(Cu)-CdS/TiTNT其CO的产率(0.32 μmol•h-1•g-1)是负载前的1.5倍,CH4的产率(0.13 μmol•h-1•g-1)则提升了近3倍。 |

Titanate nanotube (TiNT) was made from commercial titanium dioxide powder (P25, Degussa) through hydrothermal- ultrasonic method。 Then CdS combined TiNT was prepared via simple ion exchange. Co-catalyst Pt or Cu was loaded by wet impregnation method. The photocatalytic reduction of CO2 and H2O vapor on the catalysts was investigated at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. The morphology, crystal structure, photon absorption property and surface area of synthesized samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-Vis DRS and BET, etc. The experiment result shows that the specific surface area of titanate nanotube is 274.6m2/g, which is 4 times more than that of P25. The main photocatalytic products on CdS/TiNT are carbon monoxide and methane. After loaded with Pt or Cu, the yield of carbon monoxide(0.32 umol•h-1•gTi-1) is almost 1.5 times of the yield of CdS/TiNT and the yield of methane(0.13 umol•h-1•gTi-1) is increased about 3 times compared with that of samples without Pt or Cu loading. |
